What does pet waste service cover?

Every cleaning includes all poop removed, deodorizing spray, and a small trash can to keep. Friendly service is always included for free!

How does the recurring clean work?

Are services are tailored to you. You will receive a message the day of cleaning as a reminder and then a message about 15-30 minutes before we arrive. Once we arrive, we will usually enter in through a gate (unless told otherwise) and do the service.

While we do love your pets, we ask for them to be put away during this time. It helps us work faster and more importantly makes sure that no one escapes while we go in or out.

Once we leave, you will receive a message and then your profile will be charged.

What if I need to reschedule?

No big deal! Just send us a message. You aren't charged until after services are done, so there is no fee for rescheduling or cancelling.

Is there a contract?

No! That's the best part. We don't force you into any long term contracts. Just let us know that you no longer need services and we will take you off the schedule.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes! We work with residents and commercial buildings, pet runs, boarding homes, parks, etc.

Anywhere there is poo, we will do!

Can I customize my schedule?

We are more than happy to work on any schedule. If you need an option that is not available online, please reach out and we'd be happy to set up a custom schedule.
